14-Day Viewing Period

KZ Audio offers a generous 14-day "viewing period" to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you change your mind or find that the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Eligibility:

• The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
• All accessories and packaging must be intact.
• Products showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at info@jbtradings along with the reason why you want to return it and if you want a credit or a different product. 

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for a safe return. The return shipping cost is not refundable.

Refund/Exchange Process:

Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. These are usually made within 14 days, and always within the legal 30 days, after receiving the goods. 

Exclusions:

Please note that customized or personalized products may not be eligible for the 14-day viewing period return or exchange.

Note:

This 14-day viewing period is in addition to any warranty coverage your product may have. We aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience at KZ Audio.
