Warranty Information

  1. Warranty Period: KZ Audio products are covered by a limited 1 year warranty.

  2. What is Covered: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that occur under normal and intended use.

  3. What is Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or neglect. It also does not cover cosmetic wear and tear.

  4. Initiating a Warranty Claim: If you believe your KZ Audio product is covered by our warranty due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact our Customer Support team at info@jbtradings.nl within the warranty period. Please provide a description of the problem, a wanted solution and a proof of purchase. 

  5. Resolution: Upon validating your warranty claim, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, free of charge. If the product is no longer available, we may provide an equivalent replacement. Shipping costs are not covered under warranty. 

Repair Services

  1. Out-of-Warranty Repairs: If your KZ Audio product is no longer covered by our warranty but requires repair, we offer a repair service. You will be responsible for the cost of repair and any associated shipping fees. As most products in the shop are fairly low cost, please consider if it is worth shipping back. Please keep in mind that our workshop tarrif is €75 an hour. 

  2. Initiating a Repair Request: To request a repair, please contact our Customer Support team at [Insert Contact Information]. Our support team will provide you with instructions on how to send your product to our designated repair center.

  3. Estimates: Once we receive your product, our technicians will assess the repair needs and provide you with an estimate for the cost of repair. You must approve the estimate before the repair work begins.

  4. Payment: Payment for out-of-warranty repairs can be made through the regular payment methods. Repaired products will be returned to you once payment is received.

  5. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our repair center, as well as the cost of shipping it back to you.
